Brazilian Butt Lift

The "Brazilian Butt Lift" is a combination approach of high definition liposuction of the waist, back and other areas of the body to hourglass the waist to buttock shape. In addition, instead of discarding the fat harvested from those areas, it is sterilely cleaned, washed, and re-injected in the subcutaneous plane of the buttock and hip dip (very prominent for this patient) to round and enhance the buttock volume to waist shape. It is a great surgery with minimally incisions but is essential that it is done by a board certified surgeon with a slow methodical technique to avoid over-grafting the buttock or other severe complications. This patient is seen 4 months after her grafting as there is an initial drop in volume of grafted material, but if done correctly can have long lasting great results.
