With over 15 years in the customer service industry, Katelyn is dedicated to exceeding expectations in every interaction. Originally from Long Island, she's been living in the Carolinas since 2006. Katelyn holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of South Carolina, and she's also a certified health coach. She's all about connecting with people and helping them look and feel their best. Katelyn is known for her friendly smile – she's never met a stranger. Outside of the office, she loves traveling, working out, hanging out with her husband and two Frenchtons, and making sure she catches all the Charlotte FC home games.
