"I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Wormer and the entire staff at Appel Wormer Esthetics throughout the entire process of my breast augmentation - including consultation and thorough discussion of my options, pre-op appointments, the surgery itself, and post-op communication/appointments.My desired outcome from surgery was to fill out the stretched out skin from my twin pregnancy/breastfeeding journey, while achieving a very natural look. My biggest concern was that my breasts would look too large and/or "fake" and that it would be obvious that I had augmentation surgery.Dr. Wormer was very patient and understanding with my concerns, and took a lot of time talking through the options and answering all of my questions. He clearly understood my concerns, and at 3 months post-op now, I can say that he absolutely nailed the outcome I was hoping for.They also have a surgical suite right in their office, so the surgery itself felt very private and boutique in that I was the only person there. The nurses, anesthesiologists, support staff were solely focused on me that morning, and were all so kind and caring.I received follow up calls and texts from Dr. Wormer, the anesthetist, and office staff throughout the week following surgery, and just felt very taken care of overall.I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Wormer for a 5-star experience."

"In May 2021 I began to have L breast pain due to implants. It became hard, round and was lifting higher on my chest. I tried to ignore and deal with the pain. By August 2022 was having range of motion pain in both arms. Had a mammogram and got referred by my research to the best plastic surgeon for breast issues. I asked to be referred to Dr Wormer and I am so glad I did. He is kind, caring , listens (he had 2 Zoom calls with me after my first initial exam with him just to answer more questions. In Dec 2022 I had my surgery .. both ruptured implants removed and he also performed a breast lift. I was thrilled day one post op .. range of motion pain is gone.If you are looking for the best and with a plastic surgeon who cares .. do not hesitate.. call and make an appointment with Dr Wormer!!"
"I had reconstructive surgery due to breast cancer about 14 years ago. During an intense exercise session, the implants ruptured. It turned out to be a bit of an ordeal. I found out I could possibly have a rare form of cancer that is associated with ruptured implants. Then there was tons of additional testing and biopsies. Dr Wormer was so compassionate, informative, and professional throughout this process. He explained both potential and probable outcomes. He looks you in the eye, searches your face, and really tries to ensure you understand what he is explaining to you. He SHOWS you MRI results and explains what he see; he does not just dictate what he you should do based on what he alone saw. He allows you to ask question after question, and he strives to allay your concerns and fears. Even the nurses whispered to me before my surgery, "You got a good one; he's a good doctor." What a pleasant thought before going into surgery."
"Just want to give a huge shout out to Dr Wormer. My mom has complications from breast implants resulting from a mastectomy and Dr Wormer worked her in for emergency surgery today not ever having met her. My mom has had two sets of implants over the past 18 years and is now having complications and needs emergency surgery to remove one of the implants. The doctor that did both of her implants in the past would not come in to do the emergency surgery.Two doctors advocating for my mom called her previous doctor to tell him the gravity of the situation but because there was no money in this surgery, he refused to do it. Dr Wormer was no doubt sent by God to intervene on my mom’s behalf and I will be forever grateful. He actually cares about people and it’s not just about the money. He had no obligation to do this for my mom and actually had to cancel other patients to work her in. I can’t think of too many people that would do that for a stranger. If you are looking for a plastic surgeon, please go to Dr Wormer. He is an amazing man and his staff are most definitely angels! It’s important to know you have a doctor that going to be there for you in the future if you need him. I have no doubt that Dr Wormer will always be there for his clients! He’s just simply awesome!"

"I went to Dr. Wormer’s office for a breast reduction. I was 30 years old and had had large breasts my entire life. I was reluctant to get surgery for many reasons, but mostly because I was afraid of surgery. "Sometimes in life you meet a 'real live hero', I have met such a person, his name is Dr. Blair Wormer. I know this sounds a bit like hyperbole, let me explain. My journey started some 6 years ago when I had a bilateral mastectomy, something no woman ever thinks will be in her future. My general surgery was uneventful. Regrettably, the reconstruction was cosmetically and aesthetically subpar. Unfortunately, over time I considered the outcome my lot and resigned to live with the results. Time and health issues again raised their heads and with this I actively sought out a new surgeon. From the first consultation I was asked "what do you want and how can I help". Dr Wormer not only listened but heard me. The interaction was active, receptive and sensitively handled. I am now past the surgery and I have a chest wall with two albeit small new girls sitting atop. They no longer reside under my armpits! and for the first time I can actually wear a bra--and maybe a bathing suit soon--it's the small things really. To say I am pleased is an understatement. Dr. Wormer is on so many levels an amazing surgeon and he will always have my heartfelt gratitude."
